  1. What a beautiful young woman.

Raping her (or anyone) was an act of evil brutality. The guilty party should be subject to the regular administration of justice, and should return to the United States to face sentencing.

Many thanks on behalf of this member of the world's public to the supporters of justice around the world and in Los Angeles County's District Attorney's office in particular.

  5. He should be castrated.

  6. La castrazione è un po'troppa. Vita nella prigione sarebbe più giusto.

  9. oltre ad essere uno stupratore è anche un pedofilo! dovrebbero vergognarsi i registi che lo difendono! se fosse accaduto ad una loro figlia!?

  10. not so sure she was that "raped", I read her testemony, she had been sexual relationships before, so, ok she could have been forced, but she definitly not a saint, at just 13... so... yeah, this story for me is not that well told.

  11. My mom was 13 when she married my dad. No harm done and everyone's happy today.

  12. In many countries the age of sexual consent is 14 or 15 (and in a few also 13). Although personally I am not at all attracted to such very young girls, in many countries he wouldn't have broken any law.

And yes, that 13 year old girl had had sex before. So, I am not so sure that was rape. It's illegal to have sex at 13 in the US, but that doesn't make it a rape.

So stop being so moralistic, and mind your own business.

  13. "And yes, that 13 year old girl had had sex before. So, I am not so sure that was rape. It's illegal to have sex at 13 in the US, but that doesn't make it a rape."

so i guess only virgins can be raped. Yes, it is rape if you have sex with a 13 year old girl in the US. You are an idiot. The girl said in her testimony she didn't want to have sex with him. So, besides the fact of being underage, she didnt consent. How is it not rape in every singe way? Idiot

You are here, caring like everyone else. But you clearly think Polanski has all the right of fuc king kids. You must be a pedophile or something. It doesn't affect you the fact that Polanski ran away from the justice? Poor Polanski. Can't even rape kids alone.

  15. To all these morons defending Polanski, keep in mind that if it was you, you'd go to jail like every other rapist

    RispondiElimina
  16. what the fuck?!
How can you defend a rapist?
She was only a kid. not a 'lolita', a kid! And I don't care if she stood in front of him naked, he should have refused in that kind of situation. Also, why would you give another consenting person champagne with fucking Quaaludes in it? Or is that normal for a lot of the people here, drugging little girls and raping them.
    Polanski makes me SICK.

  17. and I love his movies. He is a genius.

  18. I just cant understand why parents would send a 13 year old girl alone for a photoshoot. Duh!!

    RispondiElimina
  19. i'd've raped her, too! She was hot back then! Where are the nude pics of her? She turned into a real hippo now. :(

  20. Here mother did not accompany her to the shoot... She did not tell him of her age, she told him details of how she lost her virginity (at 8 with a kid down the road), and other sex life details... leading on that she was experienced, maybe its a young girls way of trying to appear mature, when it sounds really suggestive. Again i would like to point out he did not know she was 13, even the housekeeper thought she was around 20, she did consent and at no point said she didnt want it, its a terrible situation, she probably didnt know what she was doing and realised after the immensity of it and he didnt know she was so young. I wouldnt count it as rape. She didnt say no. She was young and dumb, He was mislead. Im sure both parties wish it never happened... infact im pretty sure ive heard them say that. He fled the country yes, but i dont believe because he was guilty,, He grew up jewish in a ghetto, His mother was murdered by nazis whilst pregnant... once the war ended his pregnant wife was murdered in america by charles manson followers and then the court was calling him with everyone hating him...kinda like the nazis... He was persecuted in poland and in america, would you stay if you believed your life was at risk?

    RispondiElimina
  21. She didnt want to have sex.. but did not TELL him that. She was too young to know how to say No and He was aware of her age. He was mislead to think she was in her early 20s. During the whole thing, she never said no.

    RispondiElimina
  22. * He wasn't aware of her age.

  23. This article sounds too much like a mossad death notice: "A reminder we do not forget or forgive".

  24. Polanski is a bastard

  25. Americans too pussy to go into France and bring him back. They're too afraid of the French Government, as if French could ever do anything to us anyways for bring back a pedo.

  26. "To all the bastards who thought they had buried him, to the horde of masked or unmasked avengers who dreamed of seeing him buried alive behind an updated iron mask, to all those who wanted to forget him and wanted him forgotten by the entire world, this act recalls a basic truth: an artist is a rock; he is indestructible; at the end of the day, the artist, not the mob, always has the last word."
